There are two entry forms that we will need you to send to us, along with other information by the specified closing dates:

1 General entry form

This form will tell us about you and your choir. You will also need to send us the following...

a) a recent Cassette/CD recording of the Choir (this can be an amateur recording)
b) a history of the choir, detailing activities and achievements
c) a recent photograph of the choir*
d) a cheque representing a deposit of £35 per person coming to the festival, payable to 'The International Choir Festival of Jersey'.

*Photographs must be sent in the following formats:
By Email or CD-ROM:  High resolution JPEG minimum size 500 pixels x 300 pixels
Hard Copy By Post: Colour print minimum 7" x 5" (17cm x 12cm)
Computer printed images, photocopies and printed brochure images NOT ACCEPTABLE

2 repertoire entry form

This form will tell us about the songs your choir will sing at the festival. Please also send four copies of the music. These will be returned to you.
